We conduct 1000+ trips daily, serving 3000 employees with our fleet of 300+ vehicles. Each vehicle is either owned by VRFSL or directly affiliated with us, ensuring operational control. Quality Assurance
Quality assurance refers to planned and systematic processes that provide confidence in business suitability for its intended purpose. We believe it is not a single activity, but a set of activities involved to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stringent quality control procedures would be followed for each vehicle to ensure minimum downtime
- The driver would be in Uniform and conversant in Hindi & local languages.
- We believe Reliability, Maintainability & Accountability are the main factors to improve our overall business performance.
Emergency Planning
- In case of any incident, the driver will call and inform the supervisor about the nature of the incident or accident.
- In case of any injury to passengers, they will be taken to the nearby hospital for first aid, and will avoid calling for instructions from seniors.
- An Incident report will be prepared based on our client's needs and sent to respective account managers.
- In case of a strike, the drivers and staff are trained to get updates and take deviations or change the route wherever required to ensure our client reaches their place safely.
Business Continuity
VRFSL has a robust business continuity plan to be better prepared for any eventualities. The Business Continuity plan is ready for implementation at short notice. The following plans are tested periodically:
- Identification of scenarios based on perceived risks and recovery strategy plans, like:
- Cab Shortages
- Inclement Weather
- Bandh
- Strike by Petrol Bunk Operators
- Traffic Diversion/Congestion
Business Continuity Risk Plan
We have a Business Continuity Risk (BCR) plan which is reviewed at least once a year. The plan helps us to handle any foreseen or unforeseen eventualities. Few highlights of our BCR plan are:

- Vehicle Supply:
We have arrangements with HPCL to supply us fuel to our garage even if there is a bandh or strike. This is to avert any business impact to our clients.
We have our own garage and all repair and maintenance of vehicles are carried out here. Turnaround time is fast and no reliance on any external parties. The garage is exclusively for us and would operate even in case of a bandh.
In case of any requirement of vehicles, we have agreements with vendors who can supply us vehicles at short notice.
