ENVIORNMENTAL POLICY
VR Fleet Services Pvt Ltd (VRFSL) and its employees are committed to conduct the business in minimizing the impact of its activities on the environment.
- Minimize waste by continuous evaluation of operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
- Minimize toxic emissions through the selection and use of its fleet and the source of its power requirement. Our goal is to ensure 20% of our deployed vehicles are eco-friendly, i.e., e vehicles, CNG, Hydrogen, ethanol mix, etc...
- By the end of 2026, we will aim to eliminate all our Internal Combustion Vehicles and move to eco-friendly vehicles.
- Meet or exceed all the environmental legislations.
- VRFSL will continue to train its staff and drivers and make them aware of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving or exceeding our environmental goal.

WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
VR Fleet Services Pvt Ltd (VRFSL) is firmly committed to a policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely, and with all possible measures taken to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers, clients, contractors, authorized visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations and to meet or exceed all the Health and Safety legislations that relate to the Company.
Management shall provide and Maintain as far as possible:
- A safe working environment & systems of work
- Facilities for the welfare of workers
- Information, instruction, training and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure that each worker is safe from injury and risks to health
- A commitment to consult and cooperate with workers in all matters relating to health and safety in the workplace
Each worker has an obligation to:
- Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and damage to equipment
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety themselves and others
- Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety
- Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial
Drivers are our Core
We believe Drivers are core members of our team to deliver satisfactory services to our Clients. We take utmost care while appointing the drivers which are monitored through various processes which shall indicate that each driver has met certain criteria, such as:
- All the drivers will be selected after the background verification from a private agency.
- The driver shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- The driver shall have a valid Driving License with Transport Badge.
- The driver shall have very good eyesight.
- The driver shall not have been involved in accidents causing injuries to the passengers and as well as the general public and got convicted.
- The drivers must be in clean uniform, shave & comb hair properly.
- All the necessary details of the drivers like photo, Blood group, permanent & temporary residential address, Original Driving license, Thumb impression, palm impression, and two references with full details will be obtained.
- We conduct training sessions before deployment and also periodically with topics covering safe driving, behavior, vehicle maintenance, etc.
We declare that travel in any of our deployed cab is absolutely safe.
